What is kanthari?
kanthari is an impact leadership institute that offers a 12-month training course for visionaries who have overcome adversity and because of that carry a plan for social change. They want to create impactful social ventures that challenge the status quo and positively impact the lives of those who are positioned on the margins of society.
kantharis address social and/or environmental issues such as empowerment of marginalized communities/individuals, alternative learning, disability, environmental protection, and many more.
At kanthari these change-makers are equipped with skills and tools that are required to start and run impact-making organisations/initiatives.

Role: Catalyst, contributing to the development and delivery of the “Journey in Five Acts” curriculum.

As a catalyst, you would have the opportunity to work:

Your primary responsibilities would be to:
- Curriculum Development:
- Assist in research and design of program content, ensuring it remains relevant and cutting-edge.
- Develop session plans aligned with learning objectives.
- Update and contribute to the kanthari methodology and resource materials.
- Facilitation & Delivery:
- Support or lead workshops, sessions, and events.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for diverse participants.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on assignment reviews and questions from the participants
- Support the kanthari intake – outreach team.

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (monthly)
